2.1. Referral Service: Service Request Pros helps homeowners connect with independent service providers. Service Request Pros does not perform generator installation services and is not the contractor providing any quoted or requested home service.
2.2. Information Sharing: When you call or submit an information request, your call or information may be connected or shared with a participating independent provider based on service needs, location, and provider availability.
2.3. Provider Relationship: Any estimate, agreement, service, warranty, payment, scheduling decision, or other transaction concerning work is between you and the independent provider. You are responsible for evaluating the provider and deciding whether to enter into an agreement.
2.4. Availability: Submission of a request does not guarantee that a provider will be available, contact you, offer a particular product, provide financing, or agree to perform work.
3. User Content
3.1. Submission of Content: If the Website permits you to submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content in any media, subject to applicable law.
